Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Shipping charges are calculated at time of order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and international money orders. If you would like to pay by personal check or international money order, please mail our order form along with your payment. Please make out checks to Vaaak Sounds.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies to products shipped to a Pennsylvania address.
Can I change my order after I submit it?
We process orders very quickly, so if you need to make a change please email . Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit card accounts are billed at the time of shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

Order Shipment Questions
How do you ship your products?
Normal delivery is via UPS ground to destinations in the continental United States. We can also ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. Other shipping methods may be selected during the time of order. Additional fees apply for shipment to addresses outside the continental US and other than normal delivery.
When will my order ship?
For normal delivery, your items will be shipped within 7 days. We can also ship UPS 2nd Day Air.

Refunds and Returns Policy
What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase item and your money will be fully refunded.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Please call Customer Service at 1-888-241-7337 to receive a R.A.# (Return Authorization #) prior to returning damaged product. We will gladly replace any defective product at our expense.
Be sure to include a copy of your shipping receipt, along with the merchandise, as per instructions from a Customer Service Representative to the following address:
