What types of materials are used for At-Home study?
The materials include private recordings, as well as full recordings of retreat and weekend intensive trainings. The topics range from a teaching on a single subject to a series of subjects under a single topic, to a series of topics designed to cover a range of topics.

All materials are presented in either CD, video or book format.

Where should I start?
Dattatreya Siva Baba recommends that people first explore the teachings in his 3-CD set, The One Minute Meditation and the Miracle Mantra. This material forms the foundation for all of his other At-Home and in-person teachings. From there, he encourages people to explore the many at-home teachings he's made available.
