In addition to his city visits, at different times Dr.Pillai will offer Weekend Intensives or Retreats. These sessions enable participants to spend more time with Dr.Pillai and focus on a specific subject. They are heavily empowered by Dr.Pillai for quick transformations in these areas. Each session is a generous mix of structured time for study and meditation, and free time for personal reflection and off-site enjoyments.

Dr.Pillai understands that in addition meeting with him, people in the same community might like to join together for more regular meditation practice.
